Jason Rusk

At a young age, Jason Rusk embarked on a lifelong career in hospitality and construction by working as an apprentice to his father and uncle during his high school summer vacations. His uncle was a hospitality professional with a variety of hotels and residences worldwide, while his father operated his own real estate company. Eventually, Jason became a foreman for both his father and uncle's company, having labored diligently and with passion to acquire as much knowledge as possible from his mentors.

During his many years as foreman, Jason constantly encountered people who were in desperate need of a reliable, ethical and efficient general real estate professional. After hearing endless stories of unfortunate experiences homeowners had with selling and leasing their properties, Jason was motivated and encouraged to attend school and become licensed. Since the founding of 1155 Apartment Homes, Jason has continued to build his company’s reputation on the same set of principles that have guided him throughout his life.
